The loss of Rich was a tragedy, not only to bodybuilding but to the world. His body building career may have been long over but his common sense approach to the sport and building muscle was so valuable. Most who would argue that I guarantee never reached his size or quality of his physique. For years I tried to get big. Along the way I asked many guys at the gym what I was doing wrong and how they achieved their massive physiques. The most common answers I got were what are you eating? and to eat more. The problem was I would only increase protein shakes so I never could get above 225lb at 6'2''. Also like everyone else I was very concerned with how much I was lifting and not how I moved the weight. So due to shoulders that felt like glass I had given up for many years. In 2015 I watched a video where Rich said to throw away the protein shakes and eat REAL FOOD if you wanted to grow. I also started watching his videos on how he trained, and most important if the exercise hurt or wasn't working to changed it up. In short by the next year I broke 250lbs for the first time and 2 years later I was benching 315 for reps. Something I thought for myself was completely unachievable. He wasn't the only influence on my lifting but one of the biggest. I still go back to his videos for some motivation every once in a while. Just hearing "GOOD FUCKING MORNING" would fire me up...He's is a legend... RIP Rich
@lowriderskin4 жыл бұрын
The coolest thing about Rich is that everything he does or says is not directed in advance. He doesn’t even think about what he does or says. It just comes out that way. I believe 100% he was really like this because I met him once in 2015 and he was exactly the same as on KZbin. R.I.P. big guy.

Rich's concentrated bicep curl form was perfect. He didn't try to use his other hand to accentuate the top portion of the exercise. He rested it on his thigh which provided him additional support which helps him use a heavier weight. His gym partner cable flys were excellent! He put extra emphasis on that bottom contraction. It is kinda of hard to do. It takes awhile to learn how to get the cables to move in that direction at the right position and continue to contact. Great video!

I love how there's quite literally no change in muscle shape when Rich bicep curls haha they're like permanently in the flexed position regardless of his arm posture, i didn't think i'd actually ENJOY this series but it's kind of interesting

gabox01 Why does she sound dumb? Because of her accent? Consider this, she is doing a Law degree in the USA (not her natice tongue), plus she married into a ton of money. Just my opinion that she's not a "dumb chick". I do however feel she is being used XD There has not been proper footage of her in this series.

+Team Jacked Solutions Dumb chicks with a sugar daddy always study law. That's a rule of thumb. Of course they never finish, because they are too dumb for that.
