Is that more space than what you had in the cabinet?

Yes it is, because I didn't have any additional shelves in the cabinet. Also, it's a deep cabinet so I really couldn't see what I had and would continually rebuy things I already had. Plus it frees up the cabinet again. Lastly, I mounted the shelves for now, but I want to make them hang on french cleats so I can take off and bring to different locations if I need to, because they can stand on their own.
