How to measure and install your standard fire rated loft hatch

This short video will show you how to measure and install your standard fire rated insulated Trade Access Panel loft hatch.
Designed for commercial or domestic use, this 1 hour fire rated loft hatch provides a discreet high quality opening in your ceiling. The loft hatch is supplied with the a slimline invisible keyhole (SLIK) as standard and can be opened with the supplied tee key or from ground level with our extended tee key.
The door and frame are manufactured from 1.2mm Zintec electro-galvanised mild steel. The door is powder-coated white in RAL 9010 20% Gloss and can be painted over to blend in with the surrounding surface.
The loft hatch complies with all building regulations for insulation, air tightness, L1 & L2 NHBC size requirements with robust documentation.
The picture frame covers the cut edge of the structural opening where the surface has already been finished and decorated.
