Mam BP agar 140 by 90 ho kya issa bina doctor ke pass jaeye kya isse control kiya ja sakta ha or abhi aapne bataya ki 130 by 80 tak ghr par control kr sakte kya 140 tak ko bhi control kr sakte hai ghr par bhii

Thanks, Mam, for this video. I recently bought a digital BP machine and found out I was using it all wrong. Now I know how to use it. But one thing I needed to know and you didn't mention was Low BP. What BP should be considered LOW BP?

Anyone able to use BP machine themselves are most likely using it for Hypertension. Hypotension or low BP is mostly an emergency. In case of hypotension people would be at the hospital with symptoms before being able to measure their BP themselves. Hope it helps. Regards!

Mam Love from Pakistan I have a question on manual B.P apparatus sometimes apparatus needle starts movement but pulse does'nt feel, pulse feeling start after 10 or 20 points below OR sometimes pulse starts feeling first but sphygmomanometer's needle movement starts after 10 or 20 points What does it mean?

A person who had hypertension and still having medicines. A fat person, Or, a person age more than 40-50, May have systole 130 ( but it shouldn’t exceed) For normal people and standard range is 120/80
