Got a quick question scotty, my values that I get are around 950ppm altough I'm using the same code and same connections as you do. Do you have any idea why is that so?

Hi Scotty, Discovering your channel, really cool project ! I was wondering if this sensor was waterproof because I'm not sure you may get the fluctuations of C02 in the air, even close to the tube as it will be stuck in the algae and not into the top of the tube ? I guess you plan to put at least 2 sensors, 1 at the top of a tube, and 1 outside the box (or not close to the tube) to measure the difference of C02 ? I also think you might want to add a bit of Olivine at the bottom of your tube to increase the confinement of C02. My 2 cents ! Kind regards from France :)

hi, Thanks for sharing, this is good work. this is helpful. I used codes as yours. I see AirQuality value around 70-80ppm. is this normal? and if I want to calibrate it with real CO2 meter, which codes or variables values do I need to change to calibrate? thanks Scotty..

MQ2 sensors work in a similar way including wiring up, but the measure LPG, Smoke, Alcohol, Propane, Hydrogen, Methane and Carbon Monoxide
