Wow, a Catholic who talks about spiritual matters and healing! Thank you! Thank GOD! Catholics are supposed to meditate during the Rosary, but it seems most go so fast so i have been try to stay away from religious immature Catholics who lack charity in prayer because of Quantum entanglement.

I have an important question I don’t have a spiritual Director so please forgive me if it sounds like I’m being presumptuous. It seems to me that I do spiritual reading, and I sit and ask the Holy Spirit to come into my heart and help me to pray well, but it comes so easy just to start talking to God in my head about everything and I don’t know if this is just too simple, I don’t wanna sit there and make considerations when he’s already sitting there inside meal waiting for me to talk to him and I have no imagination at all of putting myself in a scene the Saint Ignatius way I’ve tried it and it doesn’t work. I’d become frustrated, but if Jesus is always with me, isn’t it OK just to always talk to him? Thank you. I have that book. Good book

I MEDITATE ON THE PASSION EVERYDAY WHEN I PRAY THE ROSARY. WHAT HELPS ME IS TO WEAR EAR PLUGS. ALSO I USE THEM IN CHURCH, BECAUSE THERE IS ALWAYS NOISE. NOISE KILLS MEDITATION. TURN OF MUSIC AND ALL THE OTHER THINGS AND THINK ABOUT BEING IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD. I ALSO CLOSE MY EYES. IT KEEPS ME FROM THINKING ABOUT THE THINGS I AM SEEING. YOU CAN USE A PICTURE OF JESUS OR THE BLESSED MOTHER TO LOOK AT IF YOU DONT LIKE CLOSING YOUR EYES. CATALINA RIVAS THE STIGMATIST SAID JESUS IS OFFENDED BY PEOPLE WHO PRAY LIKE PARROTS. HIS WORDS NOT MINE. MEDITATIVE PRAYER FREQUENT CONFESSION, RECEPTION OF THE HOLY EUCHARIST AND SCRIPTURE READING WILL GIVE YOU THE ARMOR TO RESIST THE TITLE WAVE OF THE WORLD THAT WANTS YOUR MIND, SO THEY CAN CONTROL YOU. DONT GIVE IT TO THEM! YOU WANT TO SEE JESUS WHEN YOU PASS, NOT DEMONS CHOPIN AT THE BIT.

Hi.. it’s a recommended method by Saint Teresa of Avila. I am sorry if thumbnail says “should”. I was just trying to make a stronger statement. There are various methods recommended by various saints. One may also have their own version.
