Dhyaan concentration nehi hai. Concentration chis pe kiya jata hai jor se. Dhyaan vichar o ka aant hai. Vichar hi nehi to tum bhi nehi. Thinking, thinker se alag nehi. Mai bhab tabhi ata hai jab vichar ata hai. Vichar nehi to mai bhi nehi. Kaya deep sleep mai concentration ka jarurat hota hai??

What is Real meditation ? What is real vipassyana ? (1) Meditation means to be aware of observer - observed phenomenon. (2) Meditation means to be aware of self presence. (3) Meditation means to be aware of self consciousness. (4) Meditation means to be aware of anger as observer - observed phenomenon. (5) Meditation means to be aware of one's own presence in every happening moment to moment. (6) Meditation means to be aware of I-am ness moment to moment. (7) Meditation means to be aware of body activities in present moment as observer - observed phenomenon. (8) Meditation means to be aware of all thought activities as observer - observed phenomenon moment to moment. (9) Meditation means to be aware of sensations/emotion activities as observer -observed phenomenon moment to moment. (10) Meditation means to aware of all ego activities as observer - observed phenomenon moment to moment. (11) Meditation means to be aware of both the consciousness and the content of consciousness moment to moment. (12) Meditation means to be aware of self and activities of self simultaneously in present moment. (13) Meditation means to be aware of walking and awareness of walking, sitting, standing, drinking, turning, bending as observer - observed phenomenon in present moment... (14) Meditation means to be aware of seeing as observer - observed phenomenon in present moment. (15) Meditation means to be aware of listening as observer - observed phenomenon in present moment. (16) Meditation means to be aware of smelling as observer - observed phenomenon. (17) Meditation means to be aware of taste as observer - observed phenomenon. (18) Meditation means to be aware of touch as observer - observed phenomenon. (19) Meditation means to be in present. (20) Meditation means to be aware of self and activities of self simultaneously (21) Meditation means to be aware of mind-matter phenomenon चेतन and जड phenomenon पुरुष प्रकृती phenomenon द्रष्टा दृश्य phenomenon simultaneously. (22) Meditation means to be aware of double headed arrow as observer - observed phenomenon. (23) Meditation means to be aware of ब्रह्म phenomenon moment to moment. (24) Meditation means to be aware of thing perceived and the perception simultaneously. (25) Meditation means to be aware fear as observer - observed phenomenon. (26) Meditation means to be aware of out side and inside simulatanously. (27) Meditation means to be aware of memory as observer - observed phenomenon. (28) Meditation means to be aware of ignorant division that results in to self forgetfulness due to ignorant belief that observer is different than observed. (29) When we forget observer - observed phenomenon, we slip in to illusion of illusory individuality as real self. (30) Meditation is inquiry in to question of who am I? This is real meditation and Real vipassyana .
