Hello Sir, can I ask after submitting the spouse visa application (the applicant is abroad) and sponsor is here in the UK, do home office call the employer and sponsor to confirm the employment details, if yes what questions do they normally ask?

There is about 10% chances that they may do the verification with the employer, they will only ask them to confirm the contents of the employer’s letter that the employer has given in support of the application
