After watching your videos I have came to conclusion that PMP is complete theoretical, no body in practical Field use their methods, processes and ittos etc All PMP questions are just bookish and nothing to do with actual field if you follow their practices you will keep on doing paperwork nothing else

Hi Ragini, 'business case' and 'benefits management plan' both form a part of business documents (Pg 125 of PMBOK6). Also, the diagram of Pg 71 does not call out business case in isolation...it says 'business documents'. When PMBOK6 talks of inputs to deveop project charter...it specifically says that both business case and benefits management plan are INPUTS to develop project charter (Section 4.1.1.1, Pg 77)....hope it's clear now!

@@PMPwithRay after studying my heart out for the 2nd time, I did not pass the exam which I just took:(. Btw, I was displeased with the remote option. I was disrupted 3 times for petty things and had trouble logging in and navigation. My system tray blocked the bottom of the exam screen so I couldn’t see the NAV options.

Hi. Each of the 49 processes has it's own set of ITTOs. So in total you will find at least 1500+ ITTOs. You follow these videos and you need not to memorize more than 10-15 for each of the processes. You practice them regularly and soon you would see that it is coming naturally to you and you need not memorize anything!

Hi Rajesh. For Integration management KA, these are the 20 ITTOs that you need to remember. I will cover the most important ITTOs from the rest of the KAs in subsequent videos. This one is the Pareto's 80:20 that I was talking about. Which I have also talked in the introduction of this video. This 20 ITTOs from Integration management covers the 20% of all the ITTOs which generates 80% of the questions from this topic. Similarly, I will cover the rest KAs as well.

@@PMPwithRay Hi Ray, it's being very confusing for me so I have gone through the integration mgmt ITTO video; the starting of your video shows the "develop project charter" but the inner flashcards question includes the input, output, T&T from the other process group of integration, like Direct&manage project work, develop project mgmt plan etc. So should I go through each process group's topic of integration mgmt to learn ITTO?

Yes, that is because if you refer to Table 1.4 (Pg. 25) of PMBOK-6, 'develop project charter'....'D&M project work'....'Develop project management plan'...all the sub processes of Integration Management. So you should go though ITTOs of each sub-process' with a process....I have covered processes from Integration Management to Communications Management'....
