PMBOK-6 has been renamed and put into the Process Group Practice Guide which has the same 49 Process Chart. So, the short answer is yes.

Hi Ray, I have a query. Do I need to learn all 49 Processes (in 5 Process Groups) spanning 10 Knowledge Areas? Along with their ITTOs? OR Learn the 14 + 17 + 3 Tasks and their enablers across 3 Domains (People, Process & Business) as per the new ECO? I don't understand the last question. How are you following the sequence from PLANNING to EXECUTION? If you are in the planning group and just finished the Risk section, shouldn't you go to either procurement or stakeholder area?

Risk response will start only after team agrees on Risk realized and takes a decision to implement the package. For that to happen after plan, those review meetings is an appropriate answer.. But that's how to approach and answer this then..

The 387K engg project should continue work as usual, which probably like adding Work packages to WBS, since the PM & team has already finished all Risk Planning. In the Question, there is no information suggesting that a risk has occured or popped up.

No, for PMP Exam in 2022, both PMBOK7 and PMBOK6 are important.
