I've never really been a mind map person, but I watched this anyways because your videos are always so calming and inspiring, and I think you won me over. I might have to give this a try one day

You truly possess the spirit and energy of a natural born teacher. Mind mapping is not something I have ever undertaken but I may give it a try. The 5th and final one you showed truly intrigued me most. As a Virgo ♍ I appreciate any avenue which allows me to restore order, especially within my thoughts. My mind is always a jumble when I haven't Journaled in a while. ✒

As someone who has a more analytical and perhaps less creative type of mind, this is such a cool idea! I'm a nursing student and we use mind maps for plans of care all of the time, so this is an interesting incorporation of that way of thinking into my journaling practice (almost like a plan of care for myself haha). Also with the nursing schedule comes many anxious emotions without a lot of time to process, so I'm definitely using this to help me with those things. Thank you for the inspiring content!

I love these ideas, thanks. I use mind maps at the start of a new book. to get the names of the characters straight, their relationships to each other, what is happening, are we jumping back and forth from past to present.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this SO much!!! Thank you for this amazing video! You gave me so many ideas that I can use in my journal.... I try to journal at least once a week but sometimes, when I come back, so many events would've happened that I would've lost track of them and I forget to note them down!!! This phase of my life is so overwhelming and every week there's something new and it gets harder to track those events and the feelings too! Thanks so much!

I love love LOVE this video!! I’m always up for new things to enhance my journaling experience and look forward to learning more from you about different tools you use!! I’m generally more of a long writing person buuut I have to say mindmaps are sometimes quite useful for me. They’re really handy for jotting down notes during my therapy appointments. I will definitely try some of these out!! Having templates is super helpful. Sending lots of love to you (and Bub!) 💓

Thank you for sharing this, I tried it and really got a lot out of it :) You mentioned tarot in a few videos - I'm in love, besotted and adore tarot - so I added another box for a tarot card to sum up the mind map which I would do again, I found it really helpful!

I unfortunately do not mind map because I still feel like my journal has to be aesthetic and visually pleasing and I’m too afraid that I will not like how my mind mapping looks then tear off the pages (this is vicious cycle for me). I might try doing it on a separate sheet of paper then insert that between the pages of my journal. Thank you for the great video, once again! ❤️💜💕

i use a lot of mindmaps for school studies. it makes stuff easier to remember for me, since every topic has a specific place on the map. but i never tried a mindmap for my mind & emotions. it sounds interesting, i'm definitely trying it sometime soon 😌
