Thanks for your question. No, I didn't. I have created a separate one where I have then transferred the funds. To all people watching, this is a friendly reminder: DON'T use the seed phrase of the test wallet I'm creating in the first part of this tutorial. If you do so, your funds ARE GONE! Never ever share or display any of your seed phrase in public. If someone asks you to pass on your seed phrase, don't do it or your funds ARE GONE! Protect it with your life.

Thank you for this video. The information I am missing is how to purchase Tezos from the start (from US $). I am stuck at this step. Binance has given me an endless lack of verification (more than 10 days now, with no signs of how to fix the problem) and Kukai (which uses Transac for purchases xtz does not accept my uploaded (via webcam photos) documents.And there does not seem to be kukai app for androids.

Thanks for watching and your question! When you start an auction, the best offer receives the token automatically as soon as the auction closes. If you have 4 offers and the auction ends after 24 hours, the bidder with the highest bid wins. Best, Ben

I think so too! I still wonder why it's not more popular though. 🤔 It has solved a few critical issues other blockchains are still working on. Hi Lizzy. Yes, a basic understanding of how exchanges work is crucial. I looks a lot more complicated than it actually is. Besides a lot of other options, all you basically do is the buy and sell FIAT money and coins for other tokens and send them to your wallet or keep them on the exchange. There are many videos on KZbin explaining the basics. I recommend creating an account on Binance, in case it's available in your country. Best, Ben

Thanks for watching! Click on your account icon in the right-hand upper corner, go to collections, click on the collection you want to adjust and then click on "edit collection" below the collection name to change the collection image, name and description. Best, Ben

@@fridaystories Unfortunately, this is not possible as the information you add when creating the token get included in the metadata. The metadata cannot be altered after minting. All you can do is to burn the token and create it again. If the NFT is already listed, cancel the listing, go to actions tab, enter the amount of tokens you want to burn and burn them. Then create the token again with the adjusted details. Let me know if this works. Best, Ben

Click on the NFT you want to transfer, go to the "actions" tab next to "details" in the right-hand upper corner and type in the number of editions and the address you want to send them to in the "Send" section. Confirm the transaction in your wallet and your are done. Best, Ben

It's maybe a temporary problem with either the wallet, the IPFS network or the Tezos chain. I was experiencing similar issues too, but just gave it some time, came back later and it worked again. @@alvarillo1994 The Binance app is just fine. In general, it's not recommended to keep large sums on any exchange (not your keys, not your money). The previous advise was meant mainly for software wallets like Metamask for instance. In a ideal world, you store your keys/funds on a cold wallet and connect through the Brave browser on a Linux system only when you really need to. Best, Ben
