I use track spacer for vocals it’s like a ducking EQ and I don’t regret it 💪🏾🔥

I would mix that just like mixing an individual piano. You basically do have the stems. It’s just one stem though lol. But the side-chaining parts would probably be a good fit. Pianos eat up a lot of frequencies.
