How much water did you add to this 4.5 gallon? And also what size mixer is that?

Hey Paul do you thin down the plus 3 or since it's lightweight you don't need to? And also, if I'm repairing a really rough wall can I do two coats of the all purpose then a plus 3 ?

Yes, I still thin down the Plus 3 just enough to get it nice and creamy. Yes, on a rough wall that exactly how I would do it too. I have you seen my video where I show how to apply a skim coat with a paint roller? Thank you very much for the Super Thanks! Much appreciated.💥✅👍🏻😎

If you are in Canada, just use CGC Machine mud for skimming with a blade.

There are some stories/recommendations floating around about adding liquid soap to mud. Apparently, it makes mud more smooth and easier to use for skim coating. What are your thoughts about it?
