Look up the Mapboards or Mapboards Pro addon for Fusion for exporting SVG or DXF 2D for Laser or even printing to paper. Saves a huge amount of fiddle with multiple parts.

@@cadbuildflyrc3784 Just having an additional thought to keep the Tree a bit more simple is make sure you use components instead of just bodies in a huge list. In the case of Wings/Stab when you mirror them as components their bodies are held within them and not on the main tree.

One thing missing is if putting ribs into something like a printed wing/fuse etc or fibreglass etc is that has a thickness and the ribs won't fit inside. Technically a normal build using wood external will add withever thickness the balsa is too so also needs considered. Could sand the bits of course post cutting but that may get old quick if lots of bits needing a mm or 2 off them.

@@raptorheli2 Yes, you have to subtract the thickness of the sheeting you are using from the formers. I forgot to mention that in the video.

Would like to see a video how you complete the ribs with spars and aileron cut out etc.

Thank you for this video, one question, should you subtract from the outer edge of the formers the thickness of the outer skin of the fuselage and wings?
