thos wpc panels look absolutely beautiful... most I've seen so far are PVC made (even if they claim it's wcp) and the "slats" are hollow and uncovered in the sides meaning (I believe) bugs can nest inside of it if you don't keep it attended.

Hi there! I've purchased these fantastic panels but I need to ask about using the screws used in this video (I know you have your own screws which are sold on the shelf next to the panels). Are you screwing it directly into the concrete wall?
@carolmestalla Жыл бұрын
I need to know its use as a sound insulator. I have the neighbors bathroom on the back wall. Everything is heard. Does it really insulate, or is it more the decorative sense Thank you

Hi Mahmut. Thanks for your question. Both options are possible. Most adhesives are heat restistant so i recommend to speak to you local dealer. When mounting near heat sources we do not recommend silicone.

Thanks for sharing. For those on a budget this is pretty easy to DIY. Just get some quality foam, buy cheap-ish wood locally and glue it up yourself.

@byveno-acoustic-panels2 жыл бұрын
Sorry the Enligsh translation could have been better. In the video we mount the panels from wall to wall so we did not need it for that situation. We decided to do it anyways just as an example to show how they are mounted. Finishing slats are slats that is veneered on 2 sides. People mostly use them as frames. i Hope it makes sense otherwise feel free to ask. Say tuned on our channel. We will soon launch a new video showing how you can do a nice exclusive pattern with Acupanels and finishin slats.

Great! And how should i mount it on a Brickwall? Greets Michael
@byveno-acoustic-panels3 жыл бұрын
Hi Michael, There are a few ways to do it. Option 1: You can either glue them directly to the brickwall. Option 2 You can use screws and rawplugs screwing directly to the wall. Option 3: Create a frame structure before screwing or gluing them directly to the structure. Hope it answers your questions otherwise feel free to ask. Best regards Team AcuPanels International

Hi Jung C Well if you choose a black/antrazit screw then they are almost invisible. Gluing them directly to the wall is also an option. Our slat wall panels are light weight, easy to handle but also very stabil and easy to work with.

you can also make caps from leftover pieces of the lambrin/panel. basically cut a screw sized part and glue it to the screw once it is in place. do it in a way you can just knock it off if you need to remove the screw later in time.

Whats the spacing between each board? And what is the height of each board (recycled backing to height of board)? Also how thick is the recycled foam?
@byveno-acoustic-panels2 жыл бұрын
Hi Marin! 🙌 When installing the panels, the spacing between each panel should be 13mm, which is the same as the spacing between the lamellas on the panels. This will make the panel wall look more symmetrical. The panels come in three different dimensions 2400 x 600 mm, 3000 x 600 mm, and 3600 x 600 mm depending on the type of panel you want. And the recycled polyester backing is 9 mm thick. Together with the lamella, it's a total thickness of 20 mm. Let me know if you have any other questions!

@@byveno-acoustic-panels Tnx mate! Would you be so kind and let me know what is the widht of single lamela?

@@byveno-acoustic-panels so you don't need to overlap the panels with your product? in Mexico we call those panels "Lambrin" they have a very specific name... but most Lambrin here needs to overlap and you need to consider 15% of "loss" in linear meters when measuring.

Hi Dennis, Thank you for the nice words :) Yes 265cm was the height of the wall featured in the video. Dont know where you get your info but most of our panels comes in 2 lengths: 2400mm and 3000mm. Oak and walnut even comes in 3600mm!! acupanels.dk/en/products/ Regarding the price for this wall i do not know where you get the prices. I dont think it sounds expensive for an entire wall that requires almost 10 panels in 3000mm lenght. Try purchasing a high end Scandinavian lounge chair. It will probably cost 2-5 times more.
