Hello, At 42mm focal length I’m experiencing crazy micro jitters giving me unusually footage in a professional application. Does the optical image stabilization work on the x5s? Do I need to make any upgrades? The balance ring has been installed I followed everything you did here.

Hi Adnan, could you please provide a video of your case for further confirmation? Please also help to confirm if the drone is flying normally, try to calibrate the IMU and gimbal, reset the gimbal settings. Please don't fly the drone in a high wind condition as well. DJI Support I can definitely send you guys the video. I do want to mention that beyond 25mm that’s when the micro jitters are starting to become more and more noticeable and at 42 not usable .

DJI Support is the O.I.S supported by the x5s?

@@adnan_velic Adnan, we are terribly sorry for the late reply. X5S utilizes the gimbal for stabilization instead of optical. If you had mounted the balancing ring, you may also try to set the shutter speed a little longer. When the focal lens exceeds 25mm, the shutter speed should be ≥160s.

DJI Support I will try the 160 shutter speed and report back to you guys. Usually I’m around 50-60 due to my frame rate. Thanks for being so responsive guys!
