@beastnationfitness Your left toe should be in line with your back heel, but here (not always though) you've got both feet almost in line with each other, which isn't optimal for balance

@@hfvales Everything has a time and place. Having a wider stance puts you in a better position to throw the rear hand however it intrinsically creates more targets for your opponent by having more of your body exposed. The most adaptable fighters can changer the length and width of their stance depending on the situation for example mayweather and bud crawford.
