I had a drawing which had nested blocks made up of random layers that I needed to move to LAYER 0 to inherit the properties of the correct inserted layer. The above methods would be impossible so the easiest method is to go into LAYER MANAGER (LA),,, highlight the random layers,,,, Right mouse click and pick "Merge Selected Layer(s) to..." and pick the desired layer,,, in my case I wanted layer 0 but I could have picked any layer in the drawing.

If suppose there are 20 layers in a drawing …and I have some default layers …i need to change total default layers in original layers which I have …it is possible to do with a command

After selecting an object, it's not getting deleted neither by 'delete' key nor by right click _-+-+++ kindly help me with suggestion.
