I move the file to my D:\ Drive and made the folder Downloads. when i hit apply it says "The folder cant be moved here, Can't Redirect a parent into a child. The specified path is invalid"

i accidentally didnt make a download folder now my downloads are all stuck on the front of my D: drive, ive tried moving it back to C: but it keeps saying that it doesnt see a "system volume" folder so it wont move it back.. I dont want my downloads all stuck on D: drive bc it looks unorganized helppp ;-;

But doesn’t that just copy them I’m trying to move the files from downloads to sd and delete what is in downloads roms for instance but when I delete the files in downloads it breaks the rom even tho the file is in sd so confusing.

But can I RUN things on/ from D: ? My C drive doesnt have the space to install Fortnite, D drive has plenty. I can switch the downloads to D and download the Epic Games Launcher there instead of C…but will doing that automatically make it install to D? As it stands I downloaded the installer to C, when I click Install on it there is no menu, doesn’t ask me where to install it, just pops an error saying I’m short 5GB space in. c:Program files/epic games/etc etc I haven’t been into PC’s for years and I bought this premade from a buddy. the other specs are great, so I’m just a bit confused because nobody can run this PC to its potential if they’re just using the. 128GB C drive 😂

yes the last google one is more usefull then the other that made me destroy my user files that guy is dumbass not u i did from google now its better its saferst option for 11 or msi will ruin your files mines are gone hopefully no importnant ones so am lucky ill just add another user file for my self
