This is so refreshing to see a sewing video with this much detail . I have to make 3 flower girl dresses sizes 2,3,6 (my granddaughters) and there’s going to be a lot of hemming on these multiple level dresses. I want the hems to be pretty even on the underneath . I was hoping for an answer to my last question. Even a referral to a book. I get so many different measurements from the back when they are wearing heeels. I get reluctant to make a 5 inch cut in the back and a 3 inch in the front. Then when I look at my pins they are all over 3 3.5, 5etc. I average them. But wonder should I make it all one length no matter what the measurements was!!! I’ve searched the YT and if I figure it out, I’ll make a video!!!!!

I’m using an industrial steam iron and I have it set at about halfway to max so on a scale of one to eight I leave it just above a four I couldn’t tell you exactly what that temperature is!
