Thank you for the best training advice for over 40’s! I’m 47 and train with weights at home and what you say about connecting to each lift makes so much sense for me as a woman too!

Can you do a serie about growing as much muscle for teenagers and younger guys with a goal to be as big as possible like you in your 20/30’s ? Like per bodytype ecto/ endo /meso how to eat how to train. I follow your incredible bulk and that works great man!!! Awesome to switch phases and gaining solid as muscle
