My doctors don't believe I have severe adrenaline glands fatigue, but they think I have fibromyalgia. I meditate and eat good. I got rid chronic stresses by cutting people out . People on low income , it's hard to have extra money to eat veggies daily. Get vitamins. We have settled for cheap filling foods like oats, peanut butter, etc. ... Pear and Apple shape body types products extra estrogen and progesterone automatically.

I think that fibromyalgia and adrenal fatigue have many of the same symptoms. Also the lifestyle protocols for both seem to be the same (eat healthy whole foods, manage stress, move your body, but not super high intensity stuff, etc). Also I know certain nutrients like magnesium and B vitamins are good for both conditions. Maybe they are one in the same. 🤔

I mean, you would think that they would take the thing out no amount of food you changed it that you have absolutely no life and cannot work and cannot do anything you cannot function. Your muscles hurt so bad, you can’t even hardly lift your arms. I don’t think the doctors understand how bad this thing is then you cannot stop drinking and you have to wake up in the middle of night even just to drink a drink or drink a drink and go to the bathroom it’s not even given us a chance to live in the doctors have so many patients. They don’t really have any time to tell you anything or or do anything they just give you more medicines and more and I have a box full and I won’t take all of them and tries to get me to take pain medicine because the adrenal the kidney part thing is hurting, why don’t they just take it out so I could have some kind of a life

You need licorice root if you have adrenal fatigue. It’s the adrenal cortex that gets fatigued, not the outside of it (where adrenaline is made). Adrenal fatigue is usually evidenced in adult onset asthma and hypoglycemia. To be properly diagnosed, you need to do a saliva test-you collect your saliva in little tubes at different times of the day over a month; this is far more accurate than a blood test. You may have to pay out of pocket to a naturopath for it; most MDs and ARNPs don’t even have the ability to order a saliva test. How do I know? Went through this in the mid 90s. My adrenals will never heal; they only shut off when I’m asleep, and I have to take 2 licorice root capsules every morning or I don’t hardly sleep at all at night (don’t take after 1pm).

My endocrine system was damaged because I was exposed to to mold, asbestos, and a chemical on my job. I’m so tired of having allergies, multiple chemical sensitivities, and body pain. I have taken a lot of supplements and seeing holistic doctors. I’m on a low dose methylprednisone since December 2012. I have been out of the work environment for 10 years. I exercise, take vitamins, mediate, sleep, pray etc. i listen to healing frequencies, get a massage, acupuncture and i get counseling. I’ve changed my diet over and over. Still my adrenal gland is not producing cortisol. My thyroid and Pituitary gland Is not producing cortisol, What can help me? I want to be healed! 🙏🏽

but you can test for high cortisol, so they should catch that doing a 24 hour urine test, and other ways right that's what they did to me and it never showed too too high my testosterone is too low though so yeah i feel the feeling of high stress hormone all day especialy in morning and i end up achey fatigue anxiety and stress. however my cortisol is not showing too high. my pituitary numbers seem off, no tumors, but low testosterone, 250-300 and i'm a basically fit 48 year old. Any thoughts on my issue? then, i think if your followers want to know for sure, they can go get their cortisol levels tested i just think it would be smart they make sure it's not other things like thyroid or other things vs just believing it's this for sure right?

I have Graves’ disease and hyperactive thyroid. Recently I’ve had symptoms that are similar to thyroid condition but not the same. I started looking because after 3 years my medication should be working but I’ve still had high levels of stress, gained 3 stones, have pain in my back below shoulder blade, been tearful, had anxiety and depression, high heart rate, keep falling asleep in afternoon, currently on day 5 of not sleeping at night, craved junk like salty stuff, pain in joints, been dizzy/lightheaded, brain fog to the max, and tons of hair loss. That’s why I thought I was relapsing but had my levels checks and normal atm. Have started to look at this because of the extra symptoms I had and believe I am in this. I’m not sure how they fix it so will make an appointment tomorrow I eat quite well anyways. I have lost the weight recently which made me think it was thyroid again but I’ve gone back to my original range and actually 1kg heavier.

@@katyharris2773 Your symptoms are identical to mine except for the weight gain. Ironically, hyperthyroidism usually causes weight loss, not gain. Hypo causes weight gain. I'm hypo, but lost rapid weight of 50 pounds. If a tumor is found on your pituitary gland, it can be removed by going up the nose, but I doubt a tumor will be found. Since you are now autoimmune, you may likely have another autoimmune disease. They usually come in 3's. If you have a high heart rate or palpitations, look into Cordyceps Mushroom powder. This prevented me from getting a pacemaker due to afib. The thyroid is a wicked gland. I'd assume your vitamin d is very low as well and maybe folate.

Very interesting pages.Thanks. I tend to be very jumpy and edgy most of the time and maybe a couple of times a year when I find myself in an unavoidable confrontation thats full on with someone....after a couple of minutes as my heart races... I feel intense pumping in my back in the kidney area. This pumping feels like punches in the kidneys in time with my heart rate.... and will always put me on my knees until it subsides. Its been the same off and on for many years... Is there anything I can do to maybe ease this when it happens....It only happens at major emotional times..... Happy New year.

Natural supplements can affect your adrenals in a negative way. Go to your doctor and get a cortisol test that starts at 8:00 a.m... If you really have a adrenal problem and lowering your cortisol could lead to death if you're deficient in cortisol. Get a blood test not a pee test. I have Adrenal Insufficiency and it's not just being tired. It's your whole body shutting off. Literally. You can't talk or lift your arms or your head. You can go into a coma if your cortisol is too low. Go to the doctor for a blood test

❤ short but you covered every aspect of this issue. I'm struggling for more than 2 decades... Without knowing what's the reason for weight gain. It all started with a failed marital life.... Most importantly you didn't ask to exercise. Bcos it doesn't help for this issue. I used to workout for 2 hrs daily only to see my weight increase from 60 kgs to 95 kgs😢.
