No surprise there! If people only knew. You should hear about the value of magnesium chloride and magnesium in general. And, while magnesium is not an official drug it is as powerful as a drug! It is just an example of something soooo valuable that doctors don't use. If you see "magnesium oil" that will be "magnesium chloride." ALSO something I once said to my brother: "Never underestimate the ability of a doctor to ignore his patient."

I have to put in a word for those doctors now. A lot of these are unspecific and/or subjective, so they either mean something or, in all, probability, nothing. It may just be your anxiety that made you go to doctor, or it may be a subclinical problem, which needs to be taken care of. You can do a lot for yourself through regular sleep schedule, good diet and some training.

I have adrenal fatigue and the doctor said it doesn’t exist and offered me antidepressants! I found a homeopathic nutritionist who recognizes it, he use to be a pharmacist and left western medicine behind. I have only one month working with him, he said give it closer to 4 months to see most of my symptoms gone. I’m excited and following the diet the best I can and taking some supplements. I wish I had heard this 7 years ago, when at age 53 I crashed, burned and have never entirely recovered. I had every single symptom you mentioned. I left my very high-stress career and for an entire year, I sat in an easy chair and filled one adult colouring book after another. I am much better than I was but my stamina remains woefully low and I tire easily. I retired early (and on a drastically reduced income) and haven’t worked since. While my symptoms SOUNDED like everything I was reading about adrenal fatigue, I never understood, until now, why my doctor didn’t give me a diagnosis. I cannot thank you enough for this... Because my doctor never told me anything (just gave me one prescription to stop work and another for sleeping pills) I really wondered if I was a bit crazy. You’ve given me answers I’ve waited years to hear. I’m now about to watch your video on what to eat if you’ve had adrenal fatigue!!! 🙏

Can this be passed down to children if it seems a parent, grand parent or maybe great grandparent had this but no name . Children, well adults now who don't watch what we watch because they are managers and work 2 jobs and cover for people who don't want to work?! Military, high Stress, Master Sargent 25 year's in and female, what will she suffer? What can us who have grown children do to help our adult children not suffer from this? Forward videos I do , healthy eating, but stress is terrible now and seems much worse then when we were in our 30s-40s. Maybe cell phones and the internet is mental overload as well. 🤗Dr Berg

I have pretty much all these symptoms! Especially recovery after exercising. I love to CrossFit and Oly lift and I’ve literally stopped going to the gym because it takes me dayssss to recovered after a moderate workout. Folks would think I was crazy when I said I just don’t feel right. What’s even crazier is I now am an assistant coach for HS basketball and one day I was walking passed the health room when I seen some posters on the wall about the causes of BP which I suffer from as well as low Vit D! I noticed the adrenal glands on the kidneys and was intrigued. I was reminded that the adrenals control/regulate the kidneys and thought to myself why haven’t this been looked at as the possible cause of hypertension I’m suffering from. High BP is a symptom not a cause. Then I stumbled onto your page!!! Thank you so much for this knowledge. You really are a Gem Doc!

The only symptoms I had was low libido,fatigue, and lack of ambition to do anything. I would fall asleep while doing a project. My doctor hormone doctor said my hormone levels were normal. So I ordered a saliva test from Life Extension ($150). Something was wrong and I knew it. The results: morning, afternoon, and evening adrenal function was at the bottom of the chart. My night level was in The normal range which is why my sleep was unaffected. After taking the adrenal supplement my doctor suggested my libido came back with a vengeance as well as my ambition. I teach group therapy for substance abuse treatment clients and I had them do these tests during my group. It was sooo fascinating!!! During the Ragland's test several had their blood pressure shoot up by 30 points, 2 had theirs drop by about 20 points and a handful had it drop slightly. One of them was able to sprint at an incline for 2.5 minuets (on a treadmill) and his pulse returned to baseline very quickly but during the Ragland's test, he was one of the client's whose blood pressure shot up by 30 points and his pulse also shot up over 120 from his resting pulse of 68. He is fit and seems healthy but his pulse going that high just from standing seems like it might mean something. He also struggled to hold his breath for more that 20 seconds. Next week we will be going over the results so I would appreciate any additional insight you have to offer.

@verborgenewahrheit15942 жыл бұрын
@@Priscilla8385. Remember caffeine is a stimulant and must be taken in moderation. Genetics and environment factor into this. The stress on the body that caffeine causes can interfere with cortisol. That interference can cause the adrenal glands to produce more cortisol, which results in the issue that is referred to as adrenal fatigue. You may want to consider getting off coffee and allowing your body to heal.

I'm not sure if you've done a video on this, but a good topic would be prenatal factors and birthing procedures. eg the practice of interrupting placental transfusion by clamping off the umbilical cord immediately after delivery (something we know from MRI brain myelination studies causes developmental stunting which may introduce permanent deficits), induction via pitocin, vitamin K, scrubbing off the vernix, erithromycin/silver nitrate dripped in the eyes, and the list goes on.

Hey Doc....I seen this topic and thought I'd share my adrenal problem. I have a condition to where my adrenal glands are pumping way too much adrenaline. This makes my body release too much potassium,more than it should. I've fought this for years taking potassium supplements and crashing a couple of times. Once my potassium got down to 1.3! Lost felling in my legs and arms. Try waking up in the morning and you can't walk.. lol! Im scheduled to get a vein biopsy and possibly taking one out to fix the problem. By the way, t love the channel! 😁

Hi Dr. Berg, grateful for all of your informative content. After using your adrenal formula, how long typically does it take to heal the adrenals ?

Hey doc, I just subscribed. I listened to your video about hydration. It made sense to me (over drinking water will cause the imbalance in my body by minimalising the minerals). I like how you present the info. Just dont end up like Dr.Oz (recommending things because it pays your bills).

I implore you to look into the research linking CFS / Adrenal Fatigue with patients that had Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever (Rickettsiosis). We have a tremendous incidence of RMSF and co-infections here in a Oklahoma. But now 3 years later, I’m in a severe adrenal crash. Started about 7-8 months ago, out of nowhere! I’m a now homebound and largely bed bound. Even dressing and combing my hair to go to the grocery, is too much. When I do, out of necessity, I crash for at least a day. In bed. Anyway, there’s legit research connecting Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever (Rickettsiosis) and ME/CSF…

Hi Dr. Eric Berg! I'm just watching one of your videos about hair loss and you were mentioning different supplements that could help. Could you please make a video about when and how often we should be consuming different daily supplements in general? Should we be taking them every single day or should we take them for a few months then have a break? Is it better to take multiple different supplements in the morning or the evening? Or is that dependent on the supplement you are taking? Sorry if you have made said video this kind of video before. If you have, could you please link it below. I'm a fairly new subscriber. Thank you for your informative content 😊
