I have been watching American flippers for a while now but one finds it hard to relate realistically and in the end it wouldn't be so educational. This is a gold mine! Thank you Steve. As I Subscribe.

You've got something good going. You're someone I can listen to. I'm also in the same line of business, but pretty much a one man show. Also, knocked about by the lockdown in my 1st year starting out. It is great to hear from someone local and who looks passionate about what he's doing. I really hope you'll be doing more videos. Looking forward to following project H.

Another helpful tips (no offense) • always check the Market value first • location & surrounding lifestyle is also important • reason why they are selling the house (money or ??) • point out all the outdated/damages etc.

I am also willing to put financial skin into a deal. Its NOT A SCAM..... partner can bring own conveyancer
