Great show! But please can you make sure your workers have hand gloves, safety shoes, masks for the dust ( the guy cleaning the sewer without wearing gloves or a shirt!😵 What if he gets sick?), and proper tools so you don't burst water pipes like what happened in the last video where the house sold for 3million. Maybe you can use equipment to check where the water pipes are, also consider having the workers wear branded work suits to promote your brand and (have a health and safety file on site).... All the best!

Suggestion : do a simple floor layout plan, even a hand sketched one, show it to the viewers then take us on the house tour. And on job completion, another simple sketch floor layout plan. Put them side by side, you already have a before and after layout. How about that Steve. Good job Steve. 👏

As a designer, this is amazing to see- especially as a South African! HUGE props to the curtain rods going to ceiling height! And the staging was stunning- it really allows potential buyers to visualise room layouts, and how quickly a house can be made to look even more modern. Only thing I would say, is the kitchen backsplash and bathroom tiles. Often patterns like that can be quite polarising- sometimes a basic white or beige tile can look cleaner and allow people to style the home in a way that suits their style much easier. A basic white subway is also a easy way to do it, but still make it trendy and modern. But well done! Can’t wait to see your next flip!

Nice! The only thing is; couldn't that weird shower space you removed been turned into a laundry closet? like where you have the washing machine and dryer hookups? (stacked) that way you make use of the existing plumbing. Then the space you reserved in the kitchen is reserved for the dishwasher? I'm finding as Africa catches up there's need for spaces for all these appliances and they were never considered before.

you really should take into consideration the bones of the architecture! If you're aesthetic is modern, understand that it doesn't always translate to all builds. For instance this house was obviously a traditional cottage design so removing the arches seems like a waste of money that you could have worked with in design (Look at southwestern contemporary designs). maybe some beams would be a nice touch. the color is very modern you can update a house without having to do a modern schemes (because currents trends don't stay around). AND removing the foliage in front like the monestera leaves was sooo sad. BUT otherwise I have a great appreciation for your hard work and your skill! Keep up the good work! xoxo
