Hi Erika, I interviewed for a manager position for our competitors, they are building a new plant and are getting ready to run production next week. One of the top managers who interviewed me really like me, he came from the same company I am currently on and click right away, normally there is a f/u interview and he wave it. The next day the recruiter call me in morning and told me they really like and his putting an offer together. I did put a desire salary when I applied so I made the mistake. When the recruiter call me I asked what grade they are giving me. I went ahead research and if they offer what I asked it will be very low for the grade. I am still waiting for the offer
