how to never have a drained social battery again

Hello!! It's almost Christmas and around this time of the year it's normal to struggle with a drained social battery, in this video I tell you how I deal with it. I went Christmas shopping, did some work for university, walked around London a bit and mostly spend time by myself.

Only once in my life I've felt social fatigue. This one day I decided to truly listen to people.
