Definitely need to come to Florida! I fish mostly neighborhood ponds and I usually catch atleast one 4lber or bigger everytime I go fishing and thats about 4 days a week for 2-3 hours each of those days
@poodymeiner31253 жыл бұрын
Come to Florida my brother. Hit a golf course or two, they’ll kick you off after awhile but I consistently catch 4+ pounders at my local golf course. If you have a boat, hit the st Johns or any of the lakes in southern Florida, the fishing here is amazinf

@@poodymeiner3125 I won 2 straight tournaments on St. John’s in my club. Caught big bass both times, 6 lb 8 oz last year and a 7lb 15oz this year. Toho and Harris have hawgs as well. Caught my PB 13lb 2oz on lake Conway a few years ago

Last night I went bass fishing at around 11pm. Pitch black outside, first day after the new moon. Tips from someone who night fishes a lot, SLOW DOWN on DARK NIGHTS. It’s hard for the fish to see at night anyway, burning a buzz bait with 0% moonlight is a tough bet to take. Only got one bite that night, but… it was the biggest bass I’ve ever seen in person. I live up North (Connecticut) so a 6-8lb bass is INSANE up here. It was that big. One big jump and he spit the hook :/
@NineteenEighty82 ай бұрын
Bass can see great in the dark. They prefer to hunt in the dark because they have better eyesight than other fishes. Yeah it helps to slow down a bit, but not alot.

Last time I night fished I got a tangle in my line, had to use my phones flashlight to see it to get it out, dropped my phone in the water, hopped out my kayak and grabbed it with my feet, then almost flip her just trying to get back in. I did, however, catch a nice 4 lber on a chatter bait. 11/10 would do again

I saw Roland on the river one day, we chatted & after few beers, I noticed he was catching Bass on a spinner bait...with "*NO*" trailer! I asked how could he do that? He replied that he didn't need a trailer...or even a lure & while empty handed except for the beer, he made a casting motion over the river & a 12lbs Bass jumped in the boat on it's own! :)

OK but if you used 30 pound braid, I find it hard to believe you're going to break that before breaking any rod you might be using.
