Last week my soul fam and I had the most magical mini retreat together - co-creating, having deep conversations, ecstatically dancing, singing and letting our souls be wild and free. It's been a reminder of how important communities and sisterhood is as a support system for when one to one romantic relationships get tough. This is so important to not loose yourself… I just left a relationship where I lost a lot of my self… I experienced the shadow of codependence- I have Gate 19 , 40 and 6

Thanks for another great video. I have the 19-49, and I do feel that it can attract people to me, but I have learned to use discretion over time as far as who is worth being in my life. It's so important what you also said about communities! It's often discussed how a partner can take things away from you, but at times one's communities can also take your energy away if you are not in tune with whatever they are doing, etc. This can not only be connected to Human Design, but of course your birth chart. Some aspects cause issues between what energies add to your own life, and how others play into what is compatible with you. There can for example be conflict between individuality and connectivity (think Uranus vs Venus, Saturn, or the 1st & 7th houses; the 11th house, aspects with Neptune and losing oneself, etc.).
