Hmm, I may have heard of that bug recently. Are you doing Legion dungeons? Those are the only ones that count. I ran Maw of Souls on repeat, which worked. Maybe give that a go? You shouldn't need to equip the weapon.

It's a good idea to keep an eye on whether you miss the orc, and you can do so with the macro that Bigchompy has posted on wowhead: www.wowhead.com/item=139548/the-bonereapers-hook#comments If you've already spawned the orc without noticing, you can actually go to ICC and enter the hidden area without the journal on hand. 7:20 is Frostmourne's Legacy, one of the appearances for the Blades of the Fallen Prince. Should there be an ice effect on Apocalypse, that is likely due to the Rune of Razorice weapon enchantment appearance.

You need to complete the campaign in one of the zones in the Broken Isles ^^ By the end, you obtain one of the Pillars of Creation and bring it back to Dalaran. If you go back to the Blood DK section of the video, I go into more detail on the Pillars of Creation 😊

Hi! Thank you for watching the video and congratulations on your Bone Reaper! There's a couple of potential reasons why your Bone Reaper isn't showing up in your transmorg. First, make sure that you have taken Putricide's Journal to ICC and killed Skitchwork for the Hook. 1. If you do not have a two-handed axe or a two-handed sword equipped, the Bone Reaper will not show up at a transmorgrifier. You need to have a matching weapon equipped. 2. Generally speaking, I do encounter instances where my artifact appearance does not show up under "Legion Artifacts" but under the matching weapon type. If you have checked that the appearance isn't found under "Two-handed Axes" in your appearances journal, it sounds like a bug. Also, the appearance will only show up on your Death Knight character. I sincerely hope this helped and you'll find your Bone Reaper ^^

If you dropped it midway, I recommend using your Death Gate to get to the Ebon Hold, check if anyone's got a quest for you. If you never started it, you can go to Dalaran either through Chromie-time or by max level, and a class hall npc should come running up to you with the first quest ^^

Re-check that you don't have a quest in your quest log under "Death Knight Campaign" or "Artifact". If you don't, you must have dropped the quest chain at one point, and will have to find your way back to where the newest quest is waiting for you. You can still get the item Twisting Anima of Souls from the Glimmering Treasure Chests (rewards from the Withered Army Scenario) even in the Shadowlands expansion, and by doing so, unlock the artifact appearance. And you can of course still transmorg your weapon into Touch of Undeath, after you unlock the appearance. Does this answer your question?

It sounds like you've encountered the bug that unlocks a secondary tint of the hidden artifact appearance, by using another base hidden artifact on another character - Jackie Pink refers to this bug in the comment section of my Hunter video (kzbin.info/www/bejne/bmaopWdveJJ8gtU). To get the (base) purple tint of Bone Reaper, you still need to go through the steps I describe in this guide, to first get Putricide's Lost Journal to open the trapdoor in his lair, then get the The Bonereaper's Hook. If you're referring to unlocking the skins of the hidden artifact appearances, then yes according to wowhead, you must have the hidden artifact equipped. However, there has been recent reports that people have unlocked these other colors, while not using the hidden artifact appearance, so I don't think the rule counts anymore.

No, you can only unlock it on the character which actually completed the Mage Tower. This is particular for the Mage tower appearance, since it is no longer unlockable and "tied" to the character, which unlocked the appearance to begin with.

Hmm, there can be a few reasons. You made sure to clear that 15 on the same char that you unlocked the base artifact appearance on? It also almost always takes the appearance a while to show up, sometimes a few relogs and some server hopping. It's an annoying bug.

Alright, let's see if we can't make you less confused (: 1. When you unlock a new artifact appearance, your weapon will not automatically switch into this appearance. You will need to visit a transmorgrifier (: Then you should be able to see your newly-unlocked appearance, if you've got a two-handed weapon equipped (in the case of Apocalypse appearances) 2. According to several people, both the Apocalypse spell and the Army of the Dead spell can spawn an orc, which drops the journal that you need for the Bonereaper's Hook "treasure hunt". The drop rate is pretty low, I have not had luck with it so far, yet. I hope that cleared things up for you (:

Hi, thank you so much for watching the guide (: Good question. It depends on your transmorg actually. Some weapons will sheath on your back, some on your hips. Currently, I am wearing a different transmorg on my DK, where the weapons are shealthed on the hips.

Yeah, sorry. The Mage Tower challenge was a feat of strength and could only be completed within a certain timeframe. As of right now, there's no way to get the appearance in Shadowlands. :(

@@matusmichalek2487 Usually, timewalking is for dungeons, and Mage Tower wasn't a dungeon. But we can't say for sure what's gonna happen in the future (:

Kinda triggered that all the the Soul Collector is not even possible to get now, was wanted that set but had to stop playing WoW for a good while, don't get why they don't just add a way to get it even if it is hard.

Hello (: Nope, you can do it wherever you want ^^ Some players recommend the Proving Grounds in Pandaria, as you can reset your cooldowns in there, and thus spam the ability faster.
