I bought a mini stepper at Walmart and it started squeaking right out of the box. I put some WD-40 on the places you said and now it’s a whole lot quieter. Thanks for the suggestions!

I just got one-how is it holding up about a year later?

It won't work for long. You should use bicycle lubricant oil instead of WD-40. WD-40 is only going to make it worse as soon as it dries up. WD-40 is not a lubricant, it was designed to prevent corrosion, not as a lubricant.

Hey, you mean the stepper or the oil?

I do 30 minutes cardio on my steppes but the bars on the bottom get really hot. I only used it twice and I’m worried it wo r last every long. How long have you had yours. How long do you work out on it and do you have the same heating problem?
@PSVICE2 жыл бұрын
They get really hot for me too. You can use it without worries, nothing will break. Probably 30 minutes - 60minutes is enough, and then you take a break.

On the instructions of my stepper it said to leave it to rest a bit after 20 min of use
@DracoReptoidsExposed Жыл бұрын
20 min max, it won't last if you go longer than that.

@@PSVICE No, you don't actually show us. You didn't even take the lid off the tip of the bottle lol

I have the issue where it's very hard to get the stepper to move. Is it an oiling problem or is it done ?
@PSVICE Жыл бұрын
If it wasn't used for a long time, it's normal, it catches dust. You can try to pour a little bit of oil on the moving parts, also it should have some nuts that can be unscrewed a bit. Those related to the moving parts. Also, it should have an adjustment from where you can make it easy or hard to move, I think it's also from a nut on cheap steppers.

Get an "Aerobic stepper" instead, they are more fun.

Hi! My stepper is still squeaking after I put some oil. What could be the problem?
@PSVICE Жыл бұрын
Hey, pour a little bit of oil on the parts that you see that are moving. It also has some nuts related to the moving parts, try to unscrew them just a little bit, see if it gets any better.

@@PSVICE thank you! I'll try your suggestion. What kind of oil did you use in the video?
@PSVICE Жыл бұрын
@@celinebueno2730 It's an oil I use to lube my bicycle chain.

can i use the cooking oil? rapeseed oil?
@PSVICE3 жыл бұрын
You can, but don't put too much.
@kikisdragon2 ай бұрын
You should probably actually SHOW us how to oil it, not just tell us how, and maybe figure out which wrench to use before you start the video lol.
