@@brailleskateboarding I am totally fine with the beginner tutorials because I've been there and it's amazing you are still updating KZbin with brand new better quality basics tutorials! I really appreciate what you are doing, 5 years ago I started my skateboarding journey with you and I still watch your videos when I decide to learn a new trick because they are the best! On the other hand, your daily uploads makes my day, I feel like I am a part of the braille house family and watching you is like hanging out with friends :) Only thing that makes me kinda sad is the content which is not related to skateboarding, examples from latest videos can be: Hide and seek Motorcycle vids One wheel vids Other than that, I love everything you make, especially the ones with pure skateboarding and lots of jokes!!! Keep what you are doing, love from Turkey/ Istanbul, currently in Bologna/ Italy for university!

@ 2:28 - What Aaron is doing right here is a great way to get comfortable with the movement of sliding your foot, but I've never seen a ollie trick tip that actually mentions that. I've always told people to stand on their board and do this for a few minutes before teaching them to actually ollie, just so that they get familiar with that movement. It has always seemed to make it easier on them, when I did that. Also, another thing Aaron kind of addresses that most don't, is that your tail has to BOUNCE off of the ground. When people starting learning to ollie, they take step 1 (slamming down your tail) almost too literally, like they're locking into a tailslide or something. When I've explained to them that they are essentially "bouncing" their tail on the ground, instead of "stomping/slamming etc.", they seem to understand the concept quicker. Anyway... well done, Kyro!

I’m an intermediate rookie skater. I figured if I tied or strapped my feet onto the board I can easily olley. I still cannot olley without a strap as I deemed it too dangerous should I fall down. Why, In roller skates or blades, the feet are constantly bound to the shoes. So I thought maybe if I had the same principle in skateboards, it’ll be fine. Plus, less risky of getting hurt. The first thing I do is to run my board as fast as I could using the tik tack motion. Then once I’m gained speed, I simply jump over my target and successfully make it. I can go fast even with just a tik tack run. I have jumped over chairs, an inverted bike, and even my friend lying down! All in success. I can make a handstand too in my skateboard and walk the board like a monster! 👍 which is a trick also related to tic tack. Now my question is how come the professional skateboarders don’t strap down as it would be in roller skates or 🫱roller blades? Tell me. Wouldn’t it be more helpful for safety reasons?
@jaredadams57489 ай бұрын
Its incredibly dangerous to have you feet strapped to the board, you cannot bail correctly. Also, that is simply not how you skateboard, its a cheat so you can bunny hop with the board.

@@8nvibin454 when you're popping the tail aaron said to not push down with your whole leg. rather youre flicking your ankle to push the tail into the ground and pop. and the other one is for your dragging foot to over exaggerate the motion to push the nose forward and level out
