Today I'm going to show you guys how to ollie on your skateboard!
This is one of the most foundational tricks in skateboarding that will lead to almost every other trick in the future. Despite it being a basic trick, it doesn't mean that it's going to be easy. Some people struggle with this and sometimes never overcome it. So if you want to learn it, then prepare to work for it.
I try my best to break it down in this video and give you as many tips as I possibly can. I've done a lot of ollie tutorials in the past and this is a combination of all those tips.
Don't forget to drop me a like if you found some value! Comment down below bc I always read them!

I hope these tips help you finally unlock the ollie! I know for a lot of you it can be a beast of a challenge, but I want you to know that this trick is not impossible to learn and absolutely anyone can land it if they're will to put in the work. If any of these tips helped you, please don't forget to drop a like&comment! I don't always reply, but I always read the comments. love yall, keep shredding!

This might be the best Ollie tutorial on KZbin. I’m a snowboard instructor who’s trying to pickup skateboarding and the way you break down and oversimplify each step is exactly how I taught my students. Super easy to implement and learn this way. Thanks!

Grass is fine, but too much and dirt and junk can get in your wheel bearings. Holding on to something while you jump will keep you stationary. You can also just practice but put your foot on the ground to start getting comfortable with jumping. very quickly you will be pretty comfortable rolling forward with a bit of speed to practice. They do make these things you put over your wheels that keep them from rolling so you can practice. I never used them, but hear they are good.
