Buff spams in games can definitely get out of control. Hyper builds are cool, and fun to watch, but horrid to play. There has to be a middle ground somewhere in there that balances playability with the silliness that comes with the territory of those builds. My personal hot take is that buff spams like that being possible are overall unhealthy for a game, but that gets into the psychology of the fringe min-max players. Lol

The pure dedication that went behind this.. I m kinda trying a half cheese run with ancient dragon lightning strike, that one requiredd the faron azula wrong warp and the capital one. I failed the capital one and just cheesed the draconic with some poisen and went on murdering Radahn to get in capital. I would be really curious to see/know if this is possible to one shot Malenia, blade of Miquella and whith what weapon loadout as it has not been shown in this video ^^ I'm doing a maidenless run with her as goal (level one, no summon, no torrent, etc) for a really tough challenge. Hopefully some of your vids where really helpfull (mountains top of the giants skip, the margit destruction level one, etc) so thank you! And I'm really curious how you would adapt the loadout and the buff routine with only three talisman slot (as one is at the roundtable hold and the maiden is required to get inside).

I know the basics of this game but I understood maybe 30% of what was going on (buffs, special weapon types, skips, glitches, etc.). It was very entertaining though. I earned the Platinum but it took me nearly 100 hours and a lot (I mean A LOT) of leveling up. Seeing you one shot all the bosses at level 1 is insane and amazing. I appreciate the work that went into this video. I’d say this is a fantastic game because it allows the player to do stuff like this. I love the challenge run community of From Software games.

34:41 If you didn't know: you can get the Millicent's Prosthesis Talisman if you kill Millicent in Windmill Village after defeating the Godskin Apostle there so there's no reason to do her entire Questline if you plan to get that specific talisman. You only need to do her entire Questline if you want the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia or to get Miquella's Needle with a Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone after defeating Malenia.

Dang, I was hoping to see surtur one shot all the bosses 😊. The amount of effort that you put into dealing with the god skin duo was incredible, you need to write a book just for that encounter alone :-). I watched this to the end, my goodness, there are so many things that you have to do to prepare for that final encounter, it looks extremely complicated I can only imagine how much time it took to figure all that stuff out. I have a funny feeling that they have had game testers figuring this stuff out as well which is why those specific effects and items are available at all. This is incredible. I've been playing for just over 110 hours. I'm about level 150, using a Fire Great Stars +25 with Flames of the Redmanes (for poise damage and AOE damage) and the Dragon Communion Seal +10 mainly with Rotten Breath. I have heal and a stats buff on my flask. Most normal enemies still take at least 2-3 hits. I am doing okay with bosses, but largely because I'm using a +10 Mimics Tear spirit ashes to aggro. If I can't summon, I still have trouble with several bosses. I should figure out a way pre-buffing I think. It's probably the area where I'm not taking advantage of the tactics the game offers. I was doing Crumbling Farum Azula, but I stopped before Maliketh to go do Malenia in the Haligtree. It's unbelievable that you can finish the game without levelling by using all these tactics. I wonder how many NG+ you could still do this in? I mean, if you were allowed to level I'm sure you could 1 shot everything in NG+7, but without levelling, I suspect the Elden Beast on NG+1 might even be a bit of a stretch? I dunno though. Be interesting to see how many NG+ you could repeat this for.

Appreciate you man, I actually spent like a full week trying literally every weapon and ash of war combination possible in the game to try to 1 shot both Godfrey and Hoarah Loux, it's easy if I can level, but at level 1 it just isn't possible..
