How to Open a Combination Lock

Combination padlocks can be hard to open. Locks by Master Lock are common as school locker locks or gym locker locks. In this video we show how to dial the combination lock when the combination is known.

Are the codes physically "hard-coded" into the mechanism itself and if so, can it be changed via opening up the case and do some manual switching?
