How to open a locked door on a Samsung Flexwash.

How did you get the control board to work again? Had to unlock the door on our washer and got it open but when plugged back in, the lower washer still wouldn’t turn on or respond in any way. Thank you in advance!

My suggestion would be to unplug and replugin any and all the connectors. Sounds like something may not be fully seated. I had mine apart 3 different times the the control board work immediately there's no trick to get it responded it should work as soon as the washer is plugged in and powered on.
