I tried to open the door once and lifted the handle upwards but the door got stuck and didn't open. I think next time I will use my force and pull the handle outwards

If i were to specify and commission a private aircraft, ... i will need shelter in rain-snow and spacious entry-exit with space-provision for nurse-maid assistance. I cannot understand why this size-width of opening is for cargo and not passenger... circle = why above center and not below.? Rain dump on head.?
