How to open Hell Raiser Puzzle

I had to make this video because I purchased some for my shop and when I decided to check one out I had so much trouble opening it. So here is my quick video on how to open the Hell Raiser puzzle box.

Thank you so much for making this video. I was having trouble releasing my box. I believe straight from the manufacturer. The seams were a bit sticky so I stuck an X-Acto knife through every seam to release any of the factory stickiness and it worked but only watching your video of the finger placement, so thank you

You just opened the pieces, that dial on top and bottom are suppose to move to enter the labyrinth puzzle which allows you to open the box. Your missing the center core. OMG.

Thank you for this video! I had bought one for my nephew, but it still won't open up. Beginning to wonder if the one I received is just a cube and not an actual puzzle. 😂

It's possible it's just a cube but try looking closely to see if there are any lines where it looks like it can separate. When I first tried to open one I started to think it was just a cube cause it wouldn't budge.

That's more or less how I thought it worked, but maybe my fat fingers weren't lined up correctly? I cannot get it to budge at ALL, it definitely has the divots indicating it's two pieces, but it's like the plastic is fused. Hopefully I just need to give it that extra oomph.

I sent mine back lol couldn't get the damn thing back open after I spun it around. Too much of a pain in the ass for me. It also arrived dirty and scuffed up like someone kicked it around on the ground. Yuck.
