I reset the password on HP OMNI 120-1204er Aio PC by this method In factory settings strap pins 2&4 1 You need to strap pins 3 & 4 2 power on the unit 3 shut it down 4 remove jumper from pins 3 & 4 5 put back to pins 2&4 6 power on the unit, and your password will be cleared.
