I am so thankful for this video you made. I have a XP700, they are similar except a few screw locations. I think I have all the screws necessary to split the case but I don't want to break it. I just started with a large flat head and light hammer tapping and it appears to be seperating. Any tips on that part would be great!!! Oh , I was Going to tell you the reason I was splitting the case is I got Ray down real hard and started it buzzing the high pitched squeal and I'm like oh so took it off unplugged it and then I shook it and you could tell there's water in it I am hoping I taking it all apart and letting it dry in the sun This bad boy will still work I might even remake the particle board box out of MDF i'm a big car audio junkie and have plenty of backup of wood will probably give it even better sound!!

well first of all if you are sure some water went inside then the very simple way to treat it to let jt dry and do not use it until it do not get completely dry well. “as you have done”. but shooking sound and that high pitch i can guess more better if i listen to that sound, that what is the problem. but i think speakers do not get easily damage of this product until they are not dropped or you have not use it at very loud range all the time. but still loud range sound do not damage it much until the product is too old like 5-6 years regular use. well in last i ll tell you if you are trying to open the speakers then, after opening the full box you will get the speakers. after totally disassembly 😓 too headache. no way to open the speakers without disassemble the full box.

@@rajuradios Yeah so I plan on upgrading the tweeters I just don't know the exact wattage they are getting right now I'm not going to put a more demandings tweeter in there just a higher quality one but it also has to have the parameters closely match what the paper ones are there now as far as how much power they can take frequency response is a big one I can get a better frequency response with some improved tweeters, ones that aren't made of paper. I'm even trying to find a 2-in two-way so it would be a little bit of mid-range plus the Tweeter. But heaven for Betsy's I cannot find actual real true RMS specifications per speaker per tweeter anywhere anywhere it sucks because that's what I need in order to order a proper Tweeter? 🥴🥴🥴

@@mikekoss1i no need to go in much depth just believe in you and believe in any market available tweeters you like. bind them at the place of older one and you are ready to rock. well you just have one box and everything you will be listening from is that box. so there is not much to think like left right and surround you just gonna kick with sound from only one box and that ll be present at one direction. i mean to say just adjust any normal response tweeter and that ll be fine.

mic input is preset at the back side of box. so, massive destruction is there 🥹😞

No need to remove the bottom cover to reach the power unit , battery. Just remove all layers from the top

Can you solve karaoke problem sir? the sound is weakened or the microphone ,as if the sound was fighting

well in this model and in many other i have noticed one thing that music is prioritise more than vocal of mic you are right… tell me one thing. are you using analog mic 🎤 or wireless mic when you are facing this problem? if you are using wire mic then i think i can boost its volume by introducing a little circuit between this box and mic. “this idea had came in my mind a year ago but i have not tried it practically yet for anybody”.

@@rajuradiosyes sir, I've used a wireless and wired mic and the sound is still the same ,the sound grew louder and louder
