Awesome, I didn’t know the timer stopped after shooting all three and I would have been stuck doing this forever. I can also confirm you don’t need the speeder jump to get across. I have it unlocked and didn’t even use it.

You can do that jump with the speed boost as well as the jump. I think you fall if you don't use either though. I didn't spot that there was a position where you could see all 3 of the juice boxes...
