Great video! A couple questions: 1. How much capital should you have to open a sneaker store, and 2. How many pairs did you start with when you opened your store?

Great vid. Back to the “sneaker game” in my early 50’s. Had all the OG Jordan’s for me and my fam in the early 90’s. Also enjoy the biz side as an accountant so thanks for sharing.

the best way to avoid people asking about discounts is to play the consignment card say that its a consigned shoe so its not up to you as the store owner

It’s very hard to make money tho, and rent very expensive plus insurance you better make above 10-15k a month to make it .

I’d say it depends on where you locate your store. You could be in a safe area but not on a popular space and find some decent price rent. When I started my overhead was like 3k a month but I also ran the shop by myself with no employees or anything so it definitely can add up and be even higher than 10-15k but it’s all situational
@mr.unknowncali-life93502 жыл бұрын
@@holygroundshop yes sir , because we have a tire shop by Fresno California. We also rent our location and insurances and like you said by your self no workers we need 4k to keep it going . But if we hire on and add more equipment on payments for us it can go up to like 10k a month . So we have to make a enough to pay that plus our both mortgages and car payments and family . So it’s tough got to be smart and make right choices .
