Yes you can. Firstly engage PTO, then select forward then start moving but not every truck will allow that. Others don't take gears while on PTO

Which one is the first trailer, you said when offloading you need to start with the first trailer

If you hydraulic pipes are connected correctly then the firstor front pin/lever represents the 1sy trailer then the second or last pin/lever represents the 2nd trailer as there are two levers there.
