Watching this at 3.30am in London eating my early breakfast in bed of baked apples and pomegranate. I've fed the foxes who are freezing outside in sub-zero temperatures and ready to feed the birds and the squirrels as soon as I get up.

Thank you very much to both of you for making the magic happen - I listen often but even if I now know most of the basics I always get some new inspiration and my motivation and understanding of eating good quality whole plant foods rise 🎶🍀🎵💚💚💚😊

@lisengel2498 I feel the same! I've made all the changes Greger, Dr B, Goldner, Barnard, Fuhrman et al have discussed over the years and my health and fitness is now unbelievable (just joined a hiking club!) but I keep on track by checking in with Chuck on my walks, have even listened to all their archive when they're off having holidays, the Internet is not 100 percent terrible today 🌿☘️🍀🥦🥬

A magnesium supplement has really helped me beat constipation and it's helping me with sleep issues too. WFPB oil-free for 4 and a half years.

How bad is caffeine free no-calorie cola? It helps me beat any cravings for the time being, though I'm not planning to carry on drinking it.

I really appreciate Dr B sharing his knowledge, but I wish he didn't endorse the use of olive oil, which is often included in the recipes in his book. In my social circle, I can often tell who is still using olive oil as they often look puffy-faced rather than lean, and they always carry a few (or a lot) extra lbs.

I'm curious, what kind of canned soup does Dr. Will Bulsiewicz have???
@luluandmeowКүн бұрын
All canned soups seem to have some oil added, however I believe Dr McDougall's company markets oil-free canned food, including soups, as does Well Your World. There seems to be more choice in the US. But you can simply batch-cook veggie (+ legumes) soups yourself. I use a base of chopped tomatoes, onions, crushed garlic and basil. You can buy crushed garlic from the frozen food section of many supermarkets. I add any veggie, mushroom or legume I have, and of course you can also add potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.
