Well! I wasn't expecting people to flock here. Thank you very much for the support! I will be making a follow up video after a year.. (oops.) But I have seen a few questions and issue floating around, so I'll try my best and answer them below: Q: Do you need the real; steam version of the game to use this video? *A: Yes, pirated copies of the game does not support modding unless the software is modified/tricked.* Q: It didn't work, I'm still stuck at 20+ fps, why? *A: You might not have properly installed the mods or used an improper launching option. ​@@gohan-sanbut it makes a mod for this tutorial work, after all MSC is a severely unoptimized game, you still get around 60 fps even using a 4090. and that game isn't even that big

Pay 2 win physics actually. I found out that the home was the least optimized place in the whole map and I it probably makes sense to make the lights baked so to bypass the need to do calculations for every single second

It kinda looks like for me the game works heaps better on DX11 than OpenGL, it's like a 30fps to 20fps difference and I do feel it. Also, before doing all this you HAVE to buy the game, MOP will not work on illegal copies of the game.. apparently.. (yes I do buy the game and in my country's currency it's expensive as hell)

Also: forgot to mention that when recording the game, it drops down 10 frames per second.

Oh, sorry for not responding. You do have to extract the .dll files from the .zip archive yes.
