Probably yes. Web design and development are some of the most in demand skills. If you find out that you are lacking a skill or two you can always spend a few weeks learning them on youtube or Udemy. I think you are either ready or almost ready for upwork. I suggest you start making your profile now and start looking at the jobs available to figure that oug

I can help you figure out what to do if you want. Whats your situation? Is your profile new? Whats your job success score? How many jobs have you finished on Upwork? Have you built project pages for project catalot? Is your profile set to public or private?

Its a competitive niche. Its normal if you dont get profile views as a new profile in that niche. You have 2 options. You can get a lot of profile views by learning how to get jobs on upwork with project catalog and making sales pages for project catalog or you can apply to jobs for a few months until you get a lot of five star reviews and a good job success score. Then Upwork should start recommending your profile and you should get invited by clients to apply to their jobs

I do have some advice. Ask clients to leave reviews, otherwise they will forget to do it. And your profile is still too new to get many clicks and job invitations. You managed to get 4 jobs and you built a good JSS and got your first 5 star reviews, you did a good job. Keep doing what you are doing, you are on the right track.

Well, 10 connects costs 2 dollars I think. So I suggest you just pay to get them instead of spending time to figure it out. Otherwise, if you really care about getting free connects, contacting upwork support is probably the best thing you can do.
