I am enjoying your videos. You are great in presenting the information which is important for us when trying to retain it in our brains. Lol. I am new to your channel and look forward to watching more of your videos. I have also enjoyed your father's videos and books in the past. I would love to see you visit the subject of meditation type exercises and how they improve the brain. I am terrible at meditation but have found that attempting to do it does seem to make me feel more organized and alert during the day afterward. I use some of the KZbin videos with drum beats and try to stay focused on the rhythm for a time period as my exercise. My biggest challenge is trying to find quality foods at the store since I can't grow it myself. I am trying to do like you state in keeping my foods simple (not processed). I stopped eating all grains except for rare occasions. It seems like this has improved my digestion, sleep, and ability to think clearly.

I will suggest try meditation that is base on thoughtless awareness, just watch out your thoughts and try to not get engage with them, just be in the present, look at them and let it go. And if you want to give a step farther during this period of time have the pure desire to connect with the Divine Power of Love, then you will feel the real joy in your heart and you will receive all the benefits that it will bring to your physical, mental and spiritual life. It’s difficult but not impossible. Wishing you the best!
