With antidepressant drug medications. I think there would be harms not just benefits to brain health. In the short and long term. Would that be a fair claim to make? Sounds logical to me. May be challenging for Psychiatry and Big Pharma to openly acknowledge. I think the truth needs to be investigated and expressed. But obviously a necessary treatment for some people especially for severe cases that are unsuited or don't respond well enough to natural, psychological, and spiritual therapies alone.

I take 6 cups per day 🤯 However 2 are caffeinated and 4 are decaffeinated 😎 So I’m in the sweet spot for caffeinate levels and I can greatly increase the healthy polyphenols 👍

If most coffee has mold/myco toxins and not to mention sulphur thiols which knock loose heavymetals will that really be good ? Researsh Dave Asprey for mycotoxins in coffee and a phd chemist- (Princeton) named Andy Cutler.

Would be great if your vids could be simplified to focus by brain seekers, who r most likely having brain issues :) Thanks for your work

He is a internist as he stated, not a neurologist. And what is a brain seeker? And his "As we discussed." is weird, as like he is still in the university. "He" speaks, and we hear and write afterwards.

I'm 67 I hit the weights 5-6 days a week and have done so for the last six or so years. I take Creatine, Protein and ZMAX. Usually when new people join the gym, if they can last 3 months, they'll probably stick with it. That 3 month mark seems to be a critical factor as to weather or not someone will stick with it. Thanks for your videos.

I am an overthinker, and it's been a nightmare 😢 one thing led to another. Started reading the 7 universal principles, and the most important is the law of Mentalism. Because I need to take control of my thoughts I'm doing all the research I can about it. In that book they do mention Neuroplasticity but I didn't know what it meant until I looked at its meaning. Googled it, came to KZbin, and here I am😂 I also have psychics abilities,( everybody has it) so learning how my brain works can help me in controlling my thoughts using the law of polarization. Everything is connected 😊 Thank sir😊

I didn't hear it come out, but thought the other benefit of resistance training is that muscle mass acts as a glucose "sink", so glucose regulation is easier with more muscle mass versus sarcopenia?

I've been hit in the head a few too many times. Martial arts, football, falling from standing height, and breaking the fall with my forehead. I HAD an IQ of 160 in elementary school, it ain't anywhere close to that now.
