In my industry its when you sit down and plough through a bunch of lead (emails, phone calls, etc). Many of us jsut deal with the leads as they come in, but that convoluted our mind and makes for a disorganized business practice. That's also why there's a follow-up phase every day as well.

🔑 Go to bed with a plan - wake up with the motivation to execute that plan. #AnuJoshiRealty I agree that there's a huge difference between a to-do list and a genuine business plan check list. My dad always told me - if, by the time your head hits the pillow at night, you haven't written down and organized (key word: written) your entire day's tasks and key action items and exact schedule for tomorrow, you're already behind.
